Demonstration

See the complete journey applied to your site.

We follow a user from registration to access, then show how an exception or alert is handled by your team or the Lexoh call centre.

Project information

Describe the access point to protect.

This information will help us prepare a first discussion about the site, construction scope, equipment, and desired operating service.

Project context

Preparing a useful demonstration

Choose one site and a common case, such as a registered resident or visitor with a new watercraft. Add one difficult situation your team actually handles. We use those details to avoid a generic screen tour.

ContextNormal scenario
See how a record, wash and access request connect.
MethodException or alert
Review assistance, human assessment and escalation instead of only the ideal journey.
ResponsibilitiesExplained limits
Separate current function, configuration, integration and local decision.
Context

Before the meeting

Provide four reference points.

State the access type, existing equipment, user classes and policy you need to apply. A working assumption is enough if it is identified as such.

  • Number and type of sites
  • Current journey
  • Responsible teams
  • Decision and timing
Method

During

Move from the public view to the operations centre.

We show the steps visible to the user, then the record and events available to authorized staff. A denial, stationary vehicle, possible fall, gate impact, or abnormal gate movement helps explain the alert, human review, call-centre assistance, and escalation to the assigned responder. The demonstration also makes clear that detection is not infallible and does not replace emergency services.

Responsibilities

After

Record unknowns instead of hiding them.

The conversation ends with interfaces to verify, missing local decisions, people to consult and information needed for scope. A demonstration does not replace a technical visit or proposal.

FAQ

Practical questions

01Can we see both hardware and software?

Depending on format and available components, the demonstration can cover both. Priority questions are confirmed during scheduling.

02Do we need a final bylaw?

No. A working scenario is enough when assumptions are clearly separated from officially adopted rules.

Next step

Book with one normal case and one difficult case.

Those scenarios let us show actual operation instead of a promotional path.
