Site requirements

Use

Boaters receive instructions for the equipment actually installed.

After identification where required, the user follows the on-screen steps and operates the selected wash equipment. Text, languages, sequence and any payment mechanism are configured for the project.

An interrupted cycle should not appear as a successful one. The system keeps the available state and directs the user to the agreed retry or assistance procedure.

Operations

Maintenance

Daily responsibilities remain explicit.

The operator plans visual checks, replenishment, cleaning and safe service access. The platform can report certain states and events; it does not replace physical maintenance or required inspection.

FAQ

Equipment questions

01Can an existing station be connected?

Sometimes. Its controls, condition, interfaces and available event data must be reviewed. A technical assessment confirms feasibility.

02Can one kiosk control several wash bays?

Yes, with the appropriate connections and configuration.

03Can the station operate without on-site staff?

A self-service journey is possible, but the operator still needs assistance, maintenance, inspection and outage procedures.

04Is drainage included?

It is never assumed. Site requirements and division of work are established during design.
