FAQ

Washing, access, and operations.

These answers describe the general approach. We will confirm the equipment, connections, and services suited to your site.

01Can the solution work with existing equipment?

Sometimes. Interfaces, condition, documentation, safety devices and manufacturer support are reviewed before integration is confirmed.

02What does a user without a phone do?

A kiosk can provide an on-site path depending on configuration. The organization also defines support for people unable to complete it alone.

03What happens when the network or gate stops responding?

The project documents a fallback suited to the site: support, local intervention, authorized opening or safe closure. The choice reflects operator risk and responsibility.

04Does the camera decide that an infraction occurred?

No. It can create an alert or images for review. An authorized person then applies the authority’s process.

05Does a wash record guarantee decontamination?

It documents the step and state recorded by the system. It does not replace an inspection or analysis the journey does not perform.

06Who maintains equipment?

Scope divides inspection, cleaning, maintenance, support and intervention among the operator, Lexoh and relevant suppliers.

07Can data from several municipalities remain separate?

Yes, a site-and-role architecture can restrict access. Governance rules need to be decided before configuration.

08How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on site, civil work, equipment, integrations and expected service. Credible scope requires at least information about the location and journey.
