The leader in integrated lake protection solutions

We build, equip, and protect your lake access sites.

We raised the standard: site design, infrastructure, washing, kiosks, payments, access, security, and software brought together in one solution that Lexoh can also operate for you.

You set the access rules. We can deliver the project and run day-to-day operations—without a permanent team at every launch.

The problem to solve

The risk travels from lake to lake.

Invasive species can travel with watercraft, trailers and the water they hold. Their introduction threatens aquatic ecosystems.

  1. Boats move between lakes

Water, mud and debris can remain on the hull, trailer and equipment. Cleaning, draining and drying are among the recommended prevention measures.

  2. A wash needs to connect to access

When the station and launch are separate systems, staff have to check that a wash record belongs to the watercraft seeking access.

  3. Checks continue every day

Explaining instructions, verifying access rights and handling exceptions takes staff time, including at remote access points.

Connect washing, proof and access.

Lexoh brings these steps into one record and can run the agreed operations through its call centre.

Fully managed site

No need to hire a team at every launch.

Depending on the selected service, the Lexoh centre supports boaters, monitors equipment, reviews alerts, and calls the right responder when someone must attend the site.

  • Registration, payment, and access support
  • Monitoring of equipment status and offline devices
  • Review of a blocked vehicle, possible fall, or possible accident
  • Follow-up on a forced gate, obstruction, or abnormal movement

Frequently asked questions

What to know before planning a site.

Frequently asked questions
01Can the solution connect to an existing wash station?

Yes. The modular approach can connect an existing station to registration, payment, a wash record, and access control, depending on the equipment already in place.

02Can the engagement include plans and infrastructure work?

Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, Lexoh can coordinate plans prepared by the architect and other required professionals, infrastructure work managed by the general contractor, electrical work, installation, testing, and commissioning.

03Do we need to hire local staff to operate the site?

Not necessarily for routine transactions and user assistance. The Lexoh support centre can handle the agreed operations during contracted service windows. Physical inspections, maintenance, repairs, snow removal, and emergency response are still assigned to named resources in the operating plan.

04What can smart alerts flag?

Depending on installed cameras, sensors, and configured scenarios, alerts can flag a stationary vehicle, possible fall, possible collision or other possible accident, an obstruction, and abnormal gate movement. Every alert requires authorized human review; it does not confirm an injury or violation and does not replace emergency services.

05Can residents and visitors have different rates?

Yes. Eligibility rules, user classes, passes, and pricing can be configured for each organization and each site.

06What does the digital wash record confirm?

The receipt, text message, or QR code confirms the recorded step for that watercraft. It can then validate an access condition; it is not a biological guarantee that no organism is present.

07Can the platform manage multiple lakes?

Yes. Operators can group multiple sites in one view while preserving the rules, rights, and reports specific to each one.

Initial assessment

Describe the site. We will identify what actually needs to be integrated.

Provide the number of access points and waterways, location, existing equipment, available services, and the level of support you want: integration, turnkey delivery, or managed operations.
