Reporting and traceability
Document washes and access events with exportable reports.
Lexoh retains information produced by the configured journey and connected equipment. The organization chooses who can view it and how it may be used.

Operating context
Traceability is not the same as absolute certainty
The system can show that a record was created, a cycle reached a particular state or an access request received a response. It should not claim to observe what no sensor or person verified.
That distinction helps teams produce credible follow-up and explain report limitations where they matter.
- 01Known source
Each available item comes from an identified step or device.
- 02Site filters
Narrow results by period, location and relevant event type.
- 03Controlled export
Authorized users can prepare information permitted by their role.
Starting point Content
Reports use data that is actually available.
Depending on scope, filters can cover site, period, user class, wash, access request, device state or review. Personal fields are restricted to roles that need them.
- Period and location
- Journey events
- Device-reported result
- Review status where present
Journey Use
An export does not replace administrative validation.
Before sending a report to a council, partner or authority, the organization checks its purpose, definitions and sensitive content. Official reporting, metrics and disclosure obligations remain its responsibility.
Rules Retention
Keep information only for the period the framework requires.
Retention and deletion are determined with the organization according to the data and its obligations. Statistical needs can be distinguished from individual records where architecture permits.
FAQ
Questions about the journey
01Can a report cover a specific period?
Yes, for event types and filters available in the configuration. Exact content is validated during the project.
02Does a report prove a boat is free of invasive species?
No. It documents recorded steps and states. It does not replace a biological inspection or an observation that did not occur.
